Jaguar X-Type All wheel drive Problem

2002 Jaguar X-Type 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 91000 miles
codes p0420 p1111 car runs fine no problem but light is on. about 2 years ago i had to replace hose about 8 to 10 inches at top under cowling. but i checked this hose and it looks good. before this light i smelled fumes for a long time. i'm a disabled vet and can't afford to take it to dealer

P0420 is catalyst below efficiency bank 1 .. this could be the catalytic convertor needs replacing
