Engine Performance problem
2000 Other Jaguar Models 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 95,000 miles

I tried to start my car and it started, but it did not turn over easily. I turned it off and tried to restart it but it would not turn over. The lights came on and flashed several times and there was a clicking noise. Is it a battery problem , starter problem?
