2000 Isuzu Wizard POWER WINDOW INITIALIZATION

2000 Isuzu Wizard 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 67481 miles
Dear Sirs,
I experience the following problem with my 2000 isuzu wizard power window. When i close the drivers side and the rear window they comes down again for about 15 cm. I'm not sure but i suspect that it has to do with the power window initialization procedure which has to be performed. can you guys help me out? Thanks
