2000 Isuzu Wizard Hi my radiator has no leaks at all but it

2000 Isuzu Wizard 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 75000 miles
Hi my radiator has no leaks at all but it runs dry after about 2 days of stop start.
i went underneath to see if i could find the leak and stop it but i found that the water was leaking from behind/out of where all the belts are(between the radiator and the engine but leaking on the engine side )
i relay need to sort this out before it causes a bigger problem but there are no qualified people in my country who can find/fix the problem with out doing damage els were and or charge me a fortune and still not fix it properly. so if you have any suggestions pls they will be most welcome.
