1995 Isuzu Trooper flashing check trans light & air bag
while driving or parked with engine running the check trans light and the air bag light will come on and flash for about 5 min. the trans will downshift ( manual calls it buckle up) after about 5 min.all appears to return to normal.
what's wrong? what do i check?

Did you ever find out what the flashing Trans Light was for? I have a similar problem and can't find any info on what this light is for.
