1991 Isuzu Trooper Vibration

I have a funny vibration I cannot track down. It is at an odd time though. It only happens above 35 or 40 mph, and only of not acccelerating. If accelerating, it passes, but comes back when you settle in to cruise, any odeas? It reminds me of my old cutlass years ago that had bad secondaries on the carb, and it would bog down when accelerating. The trooper does not seem to bog down, but vibrates alot.

I have a 2002 Isuzu trooper that is doing the same thing. It started when I was on the highway and we came to a stop and all of a sudden my SUV started not wanting to coast and kept surging a little like it was staying in gear. Then the above problem started occuring too. I am looking for an answer to this as well.
