2000 Isuzu Rodeo Question 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I ran a diagnostic on my Rodeo it stated #4 cyl not firing. I have white smoke , car overheats, and I changed the thermostat believe I have a blown head gasket. The # 4 not firing could that be the block or just another fuel injector to change out?
