1987 isuzu trooper II , 2.3 gas engine, 4wd front rotor brakes rear shoes, power brakes, master cylender changed due to brakes failing , now front brakes dragging.

What can be wrong, I already changed one new master cylender, need to make sure of what is wrong. Can you help?
