1994 Isuzu Other Repair Question

My 1994 Isuzu Rodeo is idling rough. I have changed the spark plugs and wires, even changed the distributor cap. It has 107,000 miles on it. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

some possibilities to check are: fuel filter and pressure,injectors and intake system sensors. Also a possibility of a head gasket starting to leak.
