i had the trooper with just the front driver wheel off the ground to get at the wheel bearings. when i went to take the housing assembly off i shifted into 4 low to try to keep the hub from spinning, it did not and i believe i put it back into N before i got the drive clutch assembly and the inner cam off. after i repacked the bearings and replaced brake pads i put it back.

now when rolling in N i get two pops for every foot it rolls. first the passenger side cv joint then the driver side cv joint about a half second apart then it rolls a foot or so and then 2 more loud pops from the joints.

any help would be much appreciated
