1989 Isuzu I-Mark Repair Question

1989 Isuzu I-Mark my i-mark wont rev up
Engine Mechanical problem
1989 Isuzu I-Mark 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 120000 miles
my i-kark will only idle and wont rev up. i can open the throtle wide open and it still idles. ive changed the quale,pick up quile,plugs,wires,cap and throtle posion sensor so what could make it not want to rev up and run
