Engine Cooling problem

the temperature indicator is always leveled at half or a bit above half indication ....
the servicing of engine is done on time.... have change timing belt..... checked exhaust system... lastly have dismantle the engine and change whatever need to be change,,, like oil seals.... water pump and bearings.... and gasket seals also..
still its always indicates at half.
