does vehicle have a security sytem installed? if so, is the security light staying solid?
also, may have dead charging system. do the headlights and other electrical systems work that you can use with key out?
may want to try spraying some WD40 into the ignition lock cylinder, then try to insert key and at same time wiggle steering wheel.
