1990 Isuzu Amigo 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

We have replaced both the clutch master cylinder and the slave cylinder and have bled the clutch. We did as the mechanincs said and have all the air bubbles out and have been doing the clutch slowly. The clutch is still dropped though it has only come up a little ways and we are at a lost point and don't know what to do we have been working on this for a week now and need your help.
