Installing new batterie cables

Please show me describe hoe to install them I see where they were cut, I follow it to a bigger wire with several wires im, not
sure I need to puT a new positive and a negativE one

The cables don't need to be cut, they are replaced if the cable is bad. If it's just the terminal end you cut at the battery end and put bare wires on to terminal where it bolts down on top. They are sold at auto parts for around $5 they will show you.
