The climate control system is not regulating the temperature of the cabin. It only blows out cold air when it is set at the lowest setting (60 degrees). When Auto is selected the fan blows at the highest speed and does not slow down or regulate the air temperature. At the lowest temperature setting, the air blowing out the vents was 42 degrees, so the compressor seems to be working fine. Also, a mechanic checked the fuses and fusible links and everything was fine there. What and where would the problem be?
