Engine Mechanical problem
1996 Infiniti Q45 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

IS the ECC and ECM the same mechanical prduct.

If I get a new ECC I will I program it. Can I use a Scan Tool.

I hooked a Scan tool to and the ECM will not respond.
