Infiniti Q45 Coil pack Problem

1994 Infiniti Q45 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 204432 miles
my car ride rough on the take off then smooth when it get going. how can you test the coil pack. It start but after I drive it turn off the car it don't want to start, I have to start it a couple time then it start. It sound like it misfiring.
