I know the front axles need changed because I hear the clicking noise when I turn. Would bad axles/cv joints make the car ride rough? I have also noticed that when I go over a slight bump or like a dip or something at a 40+ the steering wheel will slightly pull to one side or the other. Is that due to the bad axle/cv joints?

If Bad CV joints have excessive play and it will make the car pull one way or the other depending on the torque of the engine. Make sure you replace then soon. They could lock and/or damage the transmission due to the inbalance.
