2008 Other Infiniti Models damage to unibody

2008 Other Infiniti Models 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 19,000 miles
My car has been in the shop for 30+ days. I was rear-ended and have structural damage in 3 areas. The total damage was appraised at $6900.00. I have pictures that have been taken from the shop. I have been told, that after stretching, cutting and welding back together the crush zones, my car will be just like new, of course with a diminished title. My question is. Will it be just as safe as it was prior to the accident? How long does it take to repair this kind of damage?
