2006 Infiniti M45 left headlight won't work even replacing

2006 Infiniti M45 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 40,000 miles
My left headlight went out. I took it to mechanics that couldn't even get to it and suggested a body shop. I did this and after two hours of getting to the headlight and replacing it that was not the problem. They checked the fuses and could not even find the headlights fuses. I don't know why it is not working, hoping it is a fuse but could be an electrical problem ?
