2006 Infiniti M35 When braking on steep hill RPMS skyrocket
Transmission problem
2006 Infiniti M35 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 74000 miles
Whenever I am going down a steep hill or grade, the RPM's go up around 5 and you can "hear" the car trying to shift - almost like it's not shifting into the proper gear? My husband tried manually shifting and it alleviated the issue - but I think there might be something wrong with the automatic transmission? I can actually feel the car jerk as if it is in too low of a gear and it is scary. It only does this on steep hills or grade...help!
