1998 Infiniti I30 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 115000 miles

hi when ever i have my car turned on i get a very loud squeking noise, also when ever my car is on the engine has a minor rattling noise 2 it, i also had the break and battery lights come on and i bought the car almost 2 months ago, its under a 90/90 power train waranty by eagle and the dealer said tht the alternator is not covered n possibly the heating/air condiontior noise 2
