Electrical problem
2006 Infiniti G35 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 12000 miles

I recently replaced the battery in my car, and now it is not getting any juice at all; no lites no horn no nothing. I just consulted th owners manuel, and it said before you disconnect the battery all the windows should be up and the doors should be locked. Well I did not do that. I replaced a few batteries, and never had any problem. Is there any thing i can try solve the problem, besides have it towed to the dealer.
