2005 Infiniti G35 Rattling/Knocking Noise

2005 Infiniti G35 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 108000 miles
This car has been well taken care of- we are not the original owners but the owner before us was a "car guy" who also had a friend who worked at Infiniti, so he did things like have the transmission fluid flushed- etc., that a lot of car owners don't do. However, the car normally drives great, but today on the way to work, I noticed that once I got up to between 50-60mph, there was a knocking noise in what sounded like the right front tire. It wasn't constant, it would only happen when the weight was distributed more to the right on a curve or down a hill. Should I be worried that my tire is going to fly off at 60 mph?
