2005 Infiniti G35 Alarm goes off randomly

2005 Infiniti G35 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 60,000 miles
The alarm on our 05 G35x has recently started going off randomly, several times per day. Is this a sensor issue or perhaps a warning that the car's battery is low? We did have to get the car's battery jump started a week ago but it starts up just fine now.
