2004 Infiniti G35 clicking noise pulling out in first gear

2004 Infiniti G35 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 43,000 miles
I pull out with my car in first gear and the clutch down. As I pull out I notice there is one loud "CLICK". Its almost sounds like a loud swictchin on of a light switch. This really only happens as I am letting out the clutch. And it is just one click, not multiple just one. I also notice as I start to deccellerate there is one click as well. Any recommendations? I just bought this car and I have the transmission under warranty for a year, but it does not cover the clutch. Thanks
