2003 Infiniti G35 power seat problems

2003 Infiniti G35 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 100000 miles
I have a 2003 Infinit G35 and the passenger seat will not recline back, it will move up/forward...just not back. untill I figure out what the problem is, Is there any way I can recline the seat back manually.
