Idle after shutdown and restart on hot days

I have a 2003 ford focus. When I drive it with the air on during a hot day.
then turn it off fo2 1 or 2 minutes it does not want to idle again.
If I leave it turned off for approx 1/2 hr it runs again no problem.

It runs fine with the air on, no stalling smooth idle until you turn it off and try to restart right away. Then it wont idle, you have to keep revving it to keep the engine running.
I have been told it could be 5 different things.

1. Mass air flow sensor
2. Air intake temp sensor
3. Crankshaft position sensor.
4. Idle air control valve.
5. Keep the gas over half a tank.( This is not a fix. Maybe a band aid.)

Any ideas what could cause this dilemma?

Confused.

Try cleaning your throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner and the iac hole see if that helps. If not check fuel pressure
