I have experienced noise when I break above 40.

1. I have BMW 320D suddenly my car start given me a problem. When I am driving 35 and above and trying to break I can hear very strong noise and vibration. When I am driving below 30 its fine. What do you think could be?

2. Another issue I am facing when I am turning my steering wheel into left I can hear noise as well.

Can the describe the type of noise you hear?
Is howling, rumbling, screeching etc?

It will be helpful if you can upload a video so we can hear the noise.

This noise can be due to worn suspension components, faulty CV joint, bad tires etc.
