I gave 2 problems. When the truck sits for several days, there is not enough power in the battery to start it. I have had to buy a gizmo to shut the battery off when I am not using it, All the driving that I do is short lived, so the battery doesn't get to much time to recharge. In a way, although I wish I didn't have to use it, it is kind of a security feature, in that if someone hot wired it, they could not start it, because the battery is turned off.
The second problem which I have had since I bought it several years ago, is whenever I put the SUV, in reverse, the drivers side mirror goes out of kilter, so I have to adjust it.
Other that the 2 problems that I have had, I really have no major problems with the Hummer H2.
I do thank you for your input on these 2 problems.
Any input you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your answer, however I am not a mechanic and I fear that the problem is in the electrical harness, which could cost me a fortune to find it and repair.
It is kind of funny, and I have mentioned it several times to different people.
Just because I drive A Hummer, I don't have $ 100.00 bills falling out of my pockets.
I do thank you for your input, but I will just have to drive the way it is.
Thank you very much again. Eugene Wilson. Toronto Canada.

Another question that I have.
I have looked at a site that offers a CHIP, so to speak for my model of vehicle.
I was quite interested in it because, they claimed it would give you better gas millage, and more horse power.
I have spoken to 2 mechanics here in Canada, and they both suggested that it would be a waste of money.
The first mechanic said that the gizmo, completely screwed up the computer system on the car.
It was not a Hummer and I don't know what type of vehicle it was, or WHERE they bought it.
But it was to do, this and that, whether it did it or not I don't know.
I can't recall the Company name off hand, but if you care to look on the internet, and look for vehicle chips, i'm sure you will find it.
The second mechanic simply said " don't buy it" no reason.
I was just wondering if you have heard of these products before, and what your opinion might be on this matter.

Thank you so much. Eugene Wilson. Toronto Canada.

Thank you for your answer forthcoming.
I watch the program " Judge Judie' from time to time, and she often says that if " it sounds to good to be true, it probably is not.
Not on what she said, but do you think it is true.

Once again I thank you for your input in this matter.
