2006 Hyundai Tuscon Continuing electrical issues

2006 Hyundai Tuscon 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 47000 miles
Am on the third new battery in 3 years, drivers head light has been replaced 7 times, CD player just clicks on it's own. Dealer tells me nothings wrong but wants $80.00 for another battery. Someone tells me that this car has two voltage regulators, one behind the dash ? One in the starter. I need help , need info to get dealer to do the right thing. Thanks.
