2006 Hyundai Tiburon Car Remote Not Working

2006 Hyundai Tiburon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 55,000 miles
I resently changed the battery in the remote control to unlock/lock the door of my car. it appears that it has lost the programming. How do I reprogram this remote. The light is flashing on the remote.
