Engine Performance problem
2000 Hyundai Sonata 6 cyl Automatic 178888 miles

When I'm driving my car will jerk when it goes into next gear. I will hit the gas and car will drive slow but the rpm reflect I should be going at least 45 but speed dominator says I'm going like 25. On maintance time line I should have my transmission serviced. Last week I have my radiator serviced. Trying to do all of the maintance when I hit the correct mileage.

Is your check engine light on? Or flashing?
First thing you need to do is have the codes read, Autozone does it free, Post the results with the code number(s). Even if the service engine light is not on, there should be freeze frame data stored.
If it won't make it to Autozone, buy a cheap scanner, they can be had for 30-40 dollars, a good investment, since they cover all cars sold in the USA from 96 on. And the first thing on any automatic to check is the fluid level. And look under the car to check for any leaks!
