Tire wear

I have had front tire wear since I purchased the car with 1500 mi on it. It has been lined up twice and new tires. Still wearing tires. Now developed a rattle sound from front end on rough roads similar to a loose bumper on older cars. Handles fine on the road at all speeds.

Can you explaine how the tires are wearing? Are they wearing evenly, on the edges, centers?
