Wheel Bearing?

Hi all,

I have a 2000 Hyundai Tiburon 65, ooo km

I feel there is a lack of power - and there is that 'noise' when you know your car is struggling for more power. Like going uphill. Or exactly the way it is when you drive it on a cold winter morning without warming it up first. Almost seems like it's coming from the engine but it's hard to determine when driving. There is no other kind of clanking/ticking noise.I was told that it is the drivers side wheel bearing. Could this be right?

A wheel bearing noise will be constant with speed. Does the noise increase with engine rpm in neutral?
