I have a 1994 hyundai scoupe LS engine 1.5, I recently replaced the crankshaft sensor and after that the car runs very bad. I now have replaced the cap and rotar, plugs and wires, fuel regulator, fuel filter, air filter.

Okay let me explain what the car is doing, the car runs but very bad when I try to push on the gas the car boggs out and dies. When the car is at idle speed the ide changes from fast to slow on its own. When I test drive the car will only top out at 20 mph and that takes a long time to get there cause I can barely push on the gas. When I push on the gas fast it also sounds like its geting to much air or not enough if that makes any since.

I hope you have an idea, thanks.

You replaced the crankshaft sensor because? What were the symptoms? Have you messed with the instake manifold? Such as removed it? Check for vacuum leaks, maybe a hose not reconnected. Check the EGR valve and the pcv valve.

Elnlighten me as to where the crankshaft sensor is on that model. What I am trying to determine is if the timing has been changed.
