2007 Hyundai Getz ENGINE WONT START

2007 Hyundai Getz 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 100743 miles
hi, please help me with the hyundai getz wont start.. i already check all fuses and relays under hood and under dash panel.all are working.the problem is ignition system and fuel system not working even all fuses and relays are working.and when the key is in ON position the check engine light will not comes ON its totally dead. is it defective ECU? PLEASE HELP ME TO FIX THIS PROBLEM,,,more power to all.thanks!
