Electrical problem
2006 Hyundai Getz 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 14770 miles

Hi guys. Problem is, I bought this car 2nd hand with roof spoiler at the rear top. It has come loose and actually damages the car body when i open the boot/back door. Removing the spoiler is no issue. But, it has a brake light and a wire attached to it. The wire comes from inside. Can I simply cut the wire and remove the spoiler that solves it all. Or will that cause a disconnection of the whole car electrically and that it won't start and etc...
