1994 Hyundai Excel Vibrations

My car starts to vibrate when I turn the aircondition on and vibrates even faster when I turn both my a/c and headlights on. I tried adjusting my idle but its gonna be eatin too much gasoline. What do I need to do to lessen or eliminate the vibrations?

Sounds to me as if the idle isn't correcting for the additional load
I would suspect and check idle air control valve
