1987 Hyundai Excel fuel problem

On level road car runs fine going up hills car wants to stall then I wait a few min. And car goes I changed fuel filter cap rotor coil plugs wires on level ground car can run for 5 hours and not stall be steep hills forget it even when I went to emissions I had to go to an in ground dyno place, the ones you drive car up on front end car stalls after a few min.

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
