Is the power steering pulley seperate or a part of the power steering pump. Depending on the answer what is the setimated cost to repair a frozen pulley?

The pulley is separate from the pump. Your pulley is nothing but a circular unit attached to the pump. If your P/S system not working, the pump is bad.

You need to check your local price for the pump, labor wise is 1.5 hours.
