2005 Hyundai Accent Please help

My hyundai acccent one day decided to not start and i have a feeling it is my fuel pump. The reason i think it is the pump is, when you turn the key to the on postion you cannot hear the pump kick on. And when i try to start the car the starter just cranks away and the motor sounds as if it is not getting any gas. I was just going to try to replace the pump but I dont know where it is. I am hoping it is not inside the gas tank if you were able to tell me where the pump is located that would be a great help. thank you
