The other day my trunk indicator light came on and i have tried to close the trunk to get it to go off and it will not go off, however it will go off when i touch my break pedel the car can be either on or off for this to happen and i can hardley even touch the pedel just a little pressure and it goes off but let up and there it is again. i though nothing of this till i had to jump start my car before work and then it sat at work for 8 hours and would not start back up had to jump start it again. do you have any ideas of what could be wrong. i am at a loss and don't know what to do. any help to point me in a direction would be great. thank you
