Hi guys,

My car has been stalling out when I put it in reverse unless I let it warm up first for awhile. The engine light constantly stays on. It will shift into first and start slowing right down. I'll put it in neutral and then drive and it starts going again, but will never shift into 3rd. One shop says it's the transmission and another thinks it has something to do with the engine and the throttle. What is your opinion?
