2000 Hyundai Accent more Engine oil consumption

My accent need's more engine oil.I bought the car before 6 months ago. I AM USING mobil SUPER XHP, and oil changers are done at the recomended intervals.(Service have done in the hyundai Sri Lanka company)there's no any other problem in the car. Performance is good. But I feel that Engine needs oil more. Please reply.

How many miles do you drive before you need to add a quart of oil?

Hi:
Sorry but I'm not that good with the metric system. All I can say is that 1 quart in 1000 miles is considered acceptable (I wouldn't be happy). Are you seeing any leaks? Any blue smoke from the exhaust?
