I need to find out what kind of estimate I could be looking at to fix this. My lights have already gone out completely.

DTC B1111: BATTERY VOLTAGE HIGH

Condition
Ignition switch on or start release. Input battery voltage greater than 16.0-19.2 volts.

Check Items
Check connectors, harness, fuse, charging system and SRSCM malfunction.

Check Procedures
1. Turn ignition to LOCK position. Disconnect negative battery cable. Wait 30 seconds.
2. Disconnect SRSCM connector, driver-side air bag and passenger-side air bag connectors. Connect SRS Harness Checker (0957A-29000) to SRSCM harness side connector and reconnect battery negative cable.

3. Turn ignition to ON position. Measure voltage between SRS Harness Checker terminal No. 11 and body ground. Voltage should be 6.0-16.5 volts.
4. Turn ignition to LOCK position. Ensure there is continuity between SRS Harness Checker terminal No. 10 and body ground.
