I ran the car earlier in the day, then parked it. An hour later started it up & moved it to do some work, & 15 minutes later it wouldn't start again. I have lots of spark, and the pump is pumping fuel all the way to the injector rail, but the injectors aren't putting gas in the cylinders. I checked the fuses, and they were all good. I'm at a loss as far as why the car stopped.

Hi ssb31,

Get a scan done for DTC and see if it shows anything.

From your symptoms, I would suspect a crankshaft sensor fault.

Cranksharf sensor fault? The car would still run. It has no comon sense with the air/fuel intake if your injestors aren't doing there job its the ECM (computer) of your car thats not sending the signal to the conector on top of the injector. Check with a multimeter if you have some electricity coming from those conectors

your service engine light must be on also. Go get it checked it will probably give you P0201, P0202, P0203, P0204 codes thats a injector circuit malfunction for each cylinder

Ps: youll need to make the car run so take of the plug only once the car is running.

Hi,

If there is no power supply to the injectors, can you please explain how the engine is going to start?
