A 1996 Hyundai Accent - manual.
Experiencing trouble with loss of power. Began with difficulty starting car on cold, wet mornings. Would need to boost car, then would start.
Now not only problems starting the car, but also problems with power. For example, as driving down road, the radio cuts out. Radio turns back on when shut off heat. Wipers are very slow. Entire car is sluggish. Appears car is not getting enough power.

Battery was replaced in last 3 months.

Any suggestions?
