2006 Hummer H3 blower motor

2006 Hummer H3 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles
I changed the harness and resistor I have 12.7v at the blower motor harness but when I plug it in to the motor it drops to 0v and the motor will not run do I have a bad motor?

Hi,Get Two Jumper Wires, Hook Them To The Blower Motor Connect Them To The Battery.Hold The Motor In Place ,See If It runs Now, If So Problem Is not Motor.Check Resistor Board, And Switch.
